Return Policy
We guarantee replacement if the merchandize is broken upon delivery due to our improper packaging.
As a responsible manufacturer, we ensure all merchandize is 100% quality check by our quality controller before shipment. Upon receipt of the merchandize, the buyer should carefully inspect the packaging before unpacking the merchandize. If any packaging is broken or with reasonable doubt that the merchandize inside is broken or scrapped, please do not unpack the merchandize and inform our delivery crew.
Please check the products upon delivery. If you found any problem, please communicate with our delivery staff immediately for products repair / exchange arrangement.
Goods Return Procedures
We provide a guarantee return on any damaged or faulty item(s) for exchange within 7 days.
1. Inform our customer service within 5 calendar days after the date of receiving the item(s) by sending e-mail to : cs@livealifehome.com explain with supporting photos showing all the damages discovered. We will normally reply within 3-5 business days.
2. Return both (i) the original receipt AND (ii) the unused item(s) in its original package to Live A Life Home Showroom to avoid further mistakes as soon as possible. The customer shall be fully responsible for any return shipping and customs fees incurred.
3. The exchange for new item(s) normally takes about 30-45 business days for coming shipment.
4. Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same colour and product model in accordance with the original order.
Important note
The appearance of the wood used to build a particular product may be different than that of the wood used in the furniture observed on the showroom floor or on the website. This is due to natural characteristics of the wood and the hand craftsmanship used to create each individual piece. It may also be due to settings on a particular web browser. Therefore, no guarantee is made with respect to the color of the fabrics, the appearance of the wood and the finishes displayed on the website.
AND variations in color, texture and natural markings of wood, fabric, metal and leather are common and cannot be avoided.
